Job Summary
The Part-Time Poker Dealer is responsible for dealing various poker games in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring fair play and an enjoyable experience for all guests of the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa.
Job Responsibilities
Deal poker games accurately and efficiently, including but not limited to Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and Stud.
 Maintain a thorough understanding of all poker rules and house policies.
Clearly and audibly announce all game actions, pot sizes, and winning hands.
 Monitor game play for any signs of cheating or irregular activity and report suspicious behavior to floor supervisors.
Collect and distribute chips, ensuring proper payouts.
 Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor with all guests.
Adhere to all gaming regulations and company policies.
 Assist with table maintenance and chip fills as needed.
Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and refer complex issues to management.
Job Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a professional poker dealer preferred.
 Proven ability to deal various poker games accurately and efficiently.
Excellent mathematical skills for calculating pots and payouts.
