Job description

Under the direction of a Floor Supervisor, the incumbent operates and conducts the game assigned in accordance with the Mashantucket Pequot Gaming procedures and internal controls and the rules and procedures of the assigned game. High school diploma or GED preferred. Gaming school certificate or successful completion of dealing audition required.

This is an entry-level position. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to calculate mathematical computations quickly and accurately.

Must be team-oriented. Must be able to work any shift, work weekends, work all holidays, and work on peak business dates. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.

(Must be able to stand for one hour period with a twenty minute break.) The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. Frequent leaning, upper and lower arm reaching and slight bending at the waist.
