Job description

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + TIPS

We are seeking a skilled and attentive Poker Dealers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating poker games, ensuring all rules are followed, and maintaining the integrity of each game. You will also interact with players, providing excellent customer service and

assisting with any inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet arriving guests with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and thank departing guests sincerely, leaving them with a memorable impression that encourages their return.
  • Deal cards efficiently and accurately per game rules.
  • Enforce game rules and maintain a fair and controlled game environment.
  • Collect bets, rake chips, and ensure proper chip denomination distribution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized table with proper card handling procedures.
  • Identify and address suspicious player behavior and potential cheating attempts.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering player questions, resolving conflicts professionally, and fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Operate with a high level of integrity and maintain confidentiality of player information.
  • Collaborate effectively with Floor Supervisors and other dealers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
  • Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Excellent knowledge of Texas Hold'em poker rules and hand rankings (Required).
  • Experience dealing poker in a casino or card house setting (preferred).
  • TRAINING AVAILABLE
  • Strong math skills with the ability to perform quick mental calculations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage players and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and handle chips with dexterity.
  • Have or obtain Class B CRE license from WSGC
