- Support Poker department management in daily table operations.
- Monitor tables, guests, and dealers.
- Supervise team members, as well as hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Verify bankroll accuracy between shifts and assist with shift change counts.
- Ensure games run smoothly.
- Track guests length of play and average bet.
- Report unusual or suspicious activity to the Poker Manager.
- Handle Poker room administrative and accounting tasks.
- Foster positive guest relationships.
- Stay informed on gaming laws and company policies.
- Ensure full compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
