Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Poker Shift Manager:
  1. Supervise team members, as well as hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
  2. Oversee efficient Poker table operations during assigned shifts.
  3. Ensure proper game speed, limits, and staffing.
  4. Report unusual or suspicious activity to the Poker Manager.
  5. Investigate and resolve variances promptly.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely records and reports.
  7. Handle Poker room accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
  8. Stay informed on gaming laws and company policies.
  9. Ensure full compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need:
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 3 years of related experience.
  3. Previous Poker experience.
  4. 1 year of supervisory experience

  1. Poker Tournament Director Association (TDA) certification.
