Job description

Location: Troy/Auburn Hills

Penske Vehicle Services is a world class business partner working with automotive manufacturers to deliver custom order projects and mechanical solutions to their customers.

What would you do as a Technician at Penske Vehicle Services?


Technicians perform diagnostic and mechanical repair to support customer programs.

Diagnose problems, replace/repair faulty parts, inspect various parts and systems
to check for problems.
Utilize OEM systems for software flashing, labor guides, and service procedures.

Other mechanical work as needed.

Technicians are required to move vehicles in and out of building.


Skills/requirements:

  • 2-4 years of diagnostic, mechanical and technical experience
  • Intermediate-Advanced tool set required
  • Some computer experience preferred
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Physical Requirements: Requires moderate to high level of physical activity
  • Lifting Requirements: 5 – 75 lbs.
