Tinker Automotive Services, a trusted and privately owned repair shop in North Windham, is looking for a motivated and dependable Automotive Technician to join our growing team. We take pride in delivering top-notch service to our customers and creating a supportive, professional environment for our employees.

What We’re Looking For:

A reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their craftsmanship

A valid Maine State Driver’s License

A Maine State Inspection License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)

Prior shop experience is a plus—but if you're a recent graduate of a tech program, we’re happy to support your growth

What You’ll Do:

From routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs, you'll get hands-on experience with all makes and models. Every day brings something new, so adaptability and a strong work ethic are key.

Your Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

NO nights. NO weekends. Enjoy your evenings and full weekends off!
