Now Hiring: Full-Time Automotive Tech

We are a well-established independent auto dealership seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated Full-Time Automotive Mechanic to join our team! If you take pride in your work, enjoy diagnosing and repairing vehicles, and want to be part of a supportive, customer-focused environment—we want to hear from you!

 Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of vehicles

  • Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brake jobs, tire rotations, etc.)

  • Conduct vehicle inspections and identify mechanical issues

  • Ensure work meets dealership quality and safety standards

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Own tools preferred

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Maine State Inspection License (or willingness to obtain)

  • ASE certification is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Location: Gorham, ME
 Schedule: Monday – Friday (some Saturdays may be required)
 Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience + potential bonuses
