Job description

About the Role:
Euro Cars Southend in Charlotte, NC is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our passionate automotive team! This is an exciting opportunity to work on premium European vehicles in a fast-paced, professional environment where your expertise is truly valued.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on European make vehicles
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and accurately document findings
  • Execute oil changes, brake services, suspension repairs, and other routine maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, engine, and drivetrain issues using industry tools
  • Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to service advisors
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay at all times
  • Stay current with OEM technical service bulletins and manufacturer updates
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with European vehicles
  • ASE certification(s) preferred or actively working toward certification
  • Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and shop management software
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, engines, and mechanical components
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, high-volume shop environment
  • Own a basic set of professional hand tools
