Current Need

We are currently looking to fill a senior level system engineering position in our Jacksonville, FL office.

Position Description -

The ideal candidate would be someone that is ready to work in a fast-paced IT environment, working with many of the newest technologies in the market today. They would also need to be willing to work in a flexible schedule as this position is supporting a production environment that has service levels of 99.99% availability 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. The position does require some off hours work and on-call rotation.

Minimum Requirements

8+ years' experience in systems administration

Critical Skills

12+ years' experience in Citrix administration to include support and administration of version 6.5

8+ years of Citrix experience with building out an entire Citrix environment from architectural design to implementation and configuration, to migration of one environment to another. This is inclusive to all the Citrix Workspace Suite (Xen App, Xen Server, Xen Desktop, NetScaler, Web Interfaces, StoreFront, Insight, MAS, Share file).

8+ years of Citrix support. Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing fixes. Understanding of hosted apps and knowing how to have it work in the environment.

8+ years of experience administering Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016

8+ years of hands-on Active Directory experience

GPO Design and Implementation.

4+ years of hands-on experience with all of the following:

Change Management

Incident Management

Project Management

Security Patching

Security Management

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Experience administering and supporting Citrix 7.x

Experience with the following:

Citrix XenApp

Citrix XenServer

Citrix XenDesktop

Clustering

Networking

Routing/Switching

Firewall

Experience with VMware ESX 5.5+

Nutanix AHV

MCS

PVS

UPM/WEM

Remedy

Public Cloud Azure/GCP

Understanding Oracle and SQL databases

Education

4-year degree in computer science or related field preferred or equivalent experience

Certifications/Licensure

Citrix Certified Professional- Virtualization (CCP-V) - Preferred

Citrix Certified Expert - Networking (CCE-V) - Preferred

Citrix Certified Professional - App Delivery and Security
