Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.   • Responsible for fostering a fun environment

  • Maintains Company job descriptions and organizational charts
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) database in order to ensure data integrity including ability to appropriately complete rehire/reinstatement/property to property transactions, proper coding of data input to maintain system accuracy, and to allow for appropriate troubleshooting and system analysis when errors are detected
  • Responsible for maintaining I 9 information, and ensuring that employees are in compliance with work authorization rules and regulations, ensuring timely and accurate filing
  • Ensures that employees are in compliance with Company policies and procedures through maintenance of policy acknowledgments for active employees, as well as distribution of policies to new hires
  • Oversees the ordering and storing of applications, licensing, and new hire supplies and ensures the cleanliness, maintenance and organization of the Human Resources Office
  • Responsible for assisting employees with benefit enrollment and analyzing benefit utilization data
  • Greeting applicants and team members in a positive, upbeat manner while answering questions, assisting with application process, answering phone calls and scheduling for interviews and new hire celebration
  • Ensures completion of the following paperwork processes: new hires, gaming licenses, drug tests, background check and property to property transfers
  • Receive and inventory all incoming wardrobe items
  • Ensure proper distribution of wardrobe items to team members in accordance with company policies
  • Maintain inventory control of wardrobe items including assisting in determining par levels and making orders
  • Ensure supplies are stocked as needed
  • Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all inventory including issuing and receiving receipts and records of any wardrobe items
  • Report any discrepancies and communicate any damaged uniform inventory information

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a customer service position is required; previous experience working in HR desired.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Previous Canva experience; Adobe software knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Acrobat) also a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, to multi-task and problem solve
  • Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.
  • Must approach team member questions and concerns in a caring, confidential, and helpful manner.
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance
