Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.   • Supports the Marketing Department in executing promotions, live racing events, and on-site activations, including assisting during events and guest interactions
  • Supports the Marketing Department with PENN Play promotions and events on select shifts by performing various duties to support customers’ visits and/or events including working the events.
  • Assists and supports the Marketing Department with casino promotions and events on select shifts by performing various duties to support customers’ visits and/or events including working the events.
  • Responsible for educating patrons on the value of the PENN Play loyalty program; assist patrons with questions as they relate to the property and loyalty program.
  • Coordinates internal support related to each special event, promotion, or entertainment for the marketing department.
  • Analyzes the effectiveness and success of promotions, special events, and entertainment.
  • Adheres to all company, state, and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
  • Proactively seeks out new business on the floor, soliciting enrollment in the loyalty program.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of player information such as name, address, contact information, level play, wins, losses, number if visits, etc.
  • Maintain professional representation on behalf of the company at internal and external events as needed.
  • Plan and execute monthly displays and decorations necessary for events and promotions.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
  • Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Canva) is a plus
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
