Summary
WillowWood is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, safety, and performance of our production and facility equipment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic control systems.
Maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, and backup power.
Support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and facility improvements.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
Identify root causes of equipment issues and recommend improvements.
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and comply with OSHA and WillowWood standards.
May require overtime, weekends, or on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Comfortable working on ladders, manlifts, and in elevated work areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or technical certification.
Experience with HVAC, PLCs, compressed air systems, welding/fabrication, or machining equipment.
Familiarity with CMMS systems and backup power equipment.
Forklift experience.
