Maintenance Technician

WillowWood | Full-Time

Summary

WillowWood is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, safety, and performance of our production and facility equipment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic control systems.

  • Maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, and backup power.

  • Support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and facility improvements.

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.

  • Identify root causes of equipment issues and recommend improvements.

  • Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and comply with OSHA and WillowWood standards.

  • May require overtime, weekends, or on-call availability.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Comfortable working on ladders, manlifts, and in elevated work areas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical certification.

  • Experience with HVAC, PLCs, compressed air systems, welding/fabrication, or machining equipment.

  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and backup power equipment.

  • Forklift experience.
