What You'll Do:

Information Technology-Application Development Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the Office of Information Technology-Application Development department
  • Assist staff with updates for internal applications and digital conversion

  • Assist staff with low-level development work to provide foundation, skills and training for the college intern

  • Perform other duties as requested
  • Reports to:  Information Technology Supervisor

Data Analytics Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the Office of Data Analytics & Strategic Planning

  • Learn about the agency's data maturity roadmap which includes data security, analytics, data retention, AI, data modeling and architecture
  • Assist staff with stakeholder interviews
  • Make presentation to the agency's data governance council
  • Perform other duties as requested
  • Reports to:  Chief Data Officer

Work Hours:  Part-time variable work schedule between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday; may work up to 29 hours per week.

Employment and Educational Requirements:
 
All applicants must be currently and continuously enrolled in school.  Applicants not enrolled in at least one course will not be eligible for the internship.
 
All applicants must submit a letter from the college registrar's office, on official college letterhead, clearly stating the following information:
  • Verification of enrollment in the 2026 Spring semester/quarter
  • Verification of status (e.g., freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, graduate, law, etc.)
  • Major course of study
  • Dates the 2026 Spring semester/quarter began and ends
  • Estimated date of graduation
