Responsibilities
Job Description:
• Hands-on experience in development, dashboarding and data modelling and reporting (ad hoc report generation) techniques. Extract, transform and load data from multiple sources.
• 5 years of experience as a GCP Data Engineer & Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Design relevant artifacts (worksheets, searches and pinboards) that will help drive desired end-user experience
• Design, develop, and maintain complex applications and dashboards.
• Should have real-time work experience in GCP Looker Studio
• Must be good at Data transformation, the creation of QVD files and set analysis.
• Must be efficient in front-end development and know visualization best practices.
• Strong database designing and SQL skills. Experienced in RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etc.
• Troubleshoot issues with existing data models and dashboards.
• Modify existing dashboards creating the next major release that incorporates new features from user feedback.
• Create new dashboards from scratch based on requirements provided from Business Analysts and end users.
• Perform initial QA tests on dashboard changes comparing old versions to new versions.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Monitor and address data quality issues.
