What You'll Do
Support daily operations and keep the office running efficiently
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative workflows
Manage supplies, equipment, and office organization
Assist with vendors, repairs, and facility needs
Support onboarding and team processes
Track expenses and assist with budgeting
Partner with IT and leadership on systems
Help create a positive, organized experience for patients and staff
What You Bring
1+ year of supervisory or front desk experience
Dental experience preferred
Strong organization and multitasking skills
