Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Back Office Supervisor to oversee and manage our clinical team and back office operations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish, experienced with Dentrix software, and skilled in managing supplies and daily back office workflow.

This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced dental environment.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (required)
  • Previous experience working in a dental office
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Proficient in Dentrix software (required)
  • Experience ordering and managing dental supplies and inventory
  • Strong knowledge of back office procedures and infection control
  • Ability to manage and support clinical staff
