Busperson

FUNCTION:

Responsible for the cleaning and set up of common areas in the employee dining room.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Stock condiments, ensure dining room tables are clear of debris and wiped down on a regular basis throughout your shift.

2.Stock silverware and meal trays as needed. Wipe down salad bar area.

3.Empty trash receptacles as needed.

4.Ensure napkin holders, salt and pepper, sugar etc. do not reach an empty status.

5.Wipe down and clean the coffee maker, and popcorn and ice cream machine.

6.Ensure that coffee, ice cream and popcorn are made at all times.

7.Address guest concerns and or complaints in a timely and professional manner

8.Regular predictable attendance is required.

9.Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state and federal regulations.

10.Communicate effectively with all levels of the Nugget team and guests.

11.Perform work in a safe manner and maintain a safe environment for team member and guests.

12.Immediately report unsafe conditions and team member or guest incidents to a member of the management team or Security.

13.Maintain a positive and professional image when performing duties or representing the Nugget and encourage others to do the same.

14.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
