We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Dining Room Supervisor. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating dining room operations. This includes ensuring adequate staff coverage, assisting with special requests and directing effective food service. The culinary team enhances Legend's Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.
Responsibilities--Dining Room Supervisor
  • Directly supervising all dining staff, including table and section assignments
  • Ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where as needed
  • Training dining staff on Legend's Gold Leaf Dining standards, including prompt, efficient and courteous service
  • Ensuring proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, and service areas
  • Relaying special food requests, meal concerns, and other comments to the appropriate individuals
