Principle designer for the installation of Windchill modules, the underlying database, and integration to CAD.
Responsible for design, configuration, and operational support. Validate configurations and customizations. Upgrade plans. Design and implement environment for the development, validation and production use of PDMLink.
Provides 2nd level support and participates in the planning and execution of the Disaster Recovery Tests and Performance monitoring and tuning.
