Role Overview

Theย Digital Technical Partnerย is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-scale digital transformation while owning client relationships, delivery excellence, and revenue growth. This role combines the depth of aย Principal Technical Architectย with the accountability of anย Engagement Manager.

The individual will lead digital modernization initiatives across cloud platforms, applications, integrations, and emerging technologies, guiding clients through complex transformations from legacy ecosystems to modern, scalable, and secure digital architectures. This role owns theย overall digital engagementย across delivery, solutioning, staffing, financials, governance, and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Digital Strategy

  • Act as aย trusted digital advisorย to senior client stakeholders, aligning digital transformation initiatives with business strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead discovery sessions and whiteboarding workshops to define digital, application, cloud, and platform modernization roadmaps.
  • Own executive relationships, ensure high client satisfaction, and drive account expansion.

Principal Technical Architecture & Solution Leadership

  • Define and governย enterprise digital architectures, including cloud-native platforms, application modernization, integration patterns, APIs, and platform ecosystems.
  • Review and approve solution designs, architecture standards, and technology roadmaps for scalability, security, resilience, and performance.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership for complex, high-impact digital programs.

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Ownย revenue growth targetsย for assigned accounts and portfolios.
  • Lead pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposal development, effort estimation, and executive-level presentations.
  • Identify, shape, and convert new opportunities across digital engineering, cloud, platform modernization, and transformation services.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to build and sustain a strong forward pipeline.

Engagement Management & Delivery Oversight

  • Own end-to-end engagement execution across delivery governance, financials, resourcing, risk management, and timelines.
  • Ensure digital programs are delivered within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Establish engagement cadence, operating models, and executive reporting mechanisms.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and delivery leaders.
  • Drive staffing strategy, team performance management, and leadership development.
  • Contribute to building digital accelerators, reusable frameworks, and best practices.

Security, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure digital solutions comply with enterprise security, regulatory, and risk management standards.
  • Guide clients on secure architecture design, operational resilience, and compliance in regulated environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience leadingย digital transformation, cloud adoption, and application modernizationย initiatives.
  • Strong track record ofย client ownership, engagement leadership, and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding ofย enterprise and solution architecture, cloud-native design principles, integration strategies, and modern engineering practices.
  • Strong exposure toย Banking and Financial Servicesย or other highly regulated industries.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and complex client programs.
