New Horizons In-Home Care is seeking a Dynamic RN to join and eventually lead our Nurse Care Management team. We are a comprehensively licensed in-home care agency that offers a progressive and Professional work atmosphere.

This is a full-time position which involves a variety of tasks including, teaching caregivers, assessment of clients in their own homes, as well as working with families to create services plans. Our main goal is to allow people to remain in their own homes.
