Job description

Our corporate headquarters, located in Warrenville, Illinois, houses the administrative and corporate support functions for the organization. Our 250 local customer service centers (CSCs) are supported by regional operations teams located throughout North America.
The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing and Communications teams over the summer and gain handson experience across creative development, content creation, brand execution, and business development support. This parttime role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and works closely with crossfunctional partners to advance key marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with creative projects across digital, print, and internal platforms, including presentations, social content, and marketing materials
Support ongoing content creation for internal and external communications, including drafting, editing, and organizing assets
Help maintain brand standards as part of continued brand rollout efforts
Provide organizational support for business development initiatives, including research, tracking, and project coordination
Manage and organize marketing assets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track
Support daytoday marketing operations and special projects as assigned
Exploring elevated AI integration and output for target marketing and content creation
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written and visual communication skills with an eye for detail
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools; experience with design or content platforms is a plus (Canva, InDesign, html coding)
Interest in brand strategy, marketing operations, and creative development
