Job Description The Role: Workplace Experience (Contract-to-Hire) The City: Redwood City | Onsite 5 days/week Compensation: $46-$56/Hour DOE The Industry: Hypergrowth AI Startup A category-defining AI startup is seeking a polished and highly proactive Workplace Experience professional to support the daily operations and employee experience of their growing Redwood City office. The ideal candidate is resourceful, hospitality-minded, and excited to roll up their sleeves in a highly collaborative environment.

The Day-to-Day Oversee day-to-day workplace operations to ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and feels welcoming for employees and guests Coordinate office logistics including vendor management, inventory, supplies, catering, and workspace organization Support internal events, meetings, and team gatherings by managing scheduling, setup, and onsite coordination Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain a seamless employee experience within a high-growth environment Assist with administrative and operational projects as the company continues to scale rapidly The Ideal Candidate: Proactive Hospitality-driven Organized Adaptable Solutions-oriented Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
