Job Overview

The Enhancement Crew Member will be working under the direction of the Crew Leader to complete labor tasks including bed and lawn preparations, plant installations and removals, mulching, sod installation and more. This person will also assist with any pruning tasks needed during their shift.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in landscape construction

  • Installation and care of tree and shrubs

  • General landscape masonry skills a plus!

General Requirements include:

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record

  • Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus!

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions

  • Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbs

  • Team player with high attention to detail

  • Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful

  • Custom service oriented with strong communication skills is a must
