Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field
  • 5 years of experience in government IT projects as a Business Analyst or in related duties, including experience eliciting, mining, and documenting business rules and processes
  • 3 years of Medicaid or healthcare experience
  • Understanding of business modeling techniques, including the use of graphical process flow software

Preferred Skills

  • General subject matter expertise related to Medicaid or other healthcare insurance experience (project or operations)
  • MMIS experience (project or operations)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Project/Project Server
