Loro Addison (coming soon!) is hiring for a Butcher! In this role, you will serve as vital member of our kitchen team to create amazing dining experiences for our guests. We offer gainful employment as well as great opportunities to grow with the organization long-term!

What you'll do in this role:
- Prepare proteins for smoking
- Assist Pit Lead and Team with pit operations, loading and unloading smokers, and maintaining fires
- Cook delicious food for an emerging restaurant concept
- Learn new cooking techniques in a fun and collaborative environment.
- Work with the highest quality ingredients
- Build teamwork and trust with your fellow kitchen teammates
- Have a good time with good people
