Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Remote

Hours: Full Time, M-F

Pay: $60,000 - $65,000k, Annually

Type of Hire: Contract (4+ months, potential for extension)

Our client is engaged in a technology program to establish an mRNA vaccine process. The team interacts with internal groups plus external collaborators and specialty process and testing vendors. The program coordinator will have an exciting role to learn much about the drug development process for biologics, and contribute to the overall coordination of various facets.

Job Summary

Provides administrative project support and reports to the Regulatory Affairs Specialist. Coordinates routine program management activities and ensures associated project management files are current.

Essential Functions

1. Gathers agenda items from team members, records action items and decisions made at team meetings, and follows-up on outstanding action items for the program.

2. Independently coordinates with a variety of personnel (internally and externally) to gather information about schedule updates and technical information needed for program management.

3. Updates baseline timeline and other project management tracking files.

4. Assembles periodic reports on program progress.

5. Assists with slide creation for biweekly leadership updates.

6. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor.

Education

· BA or BS in Life Sciences, preferable Biology.

Work Experience

· 0-2 years experience in process development, manufacturing, assay development, or project coordination.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Sound judgement in solving problems, good communication and writing skills for documentation of project action items and decisions.
