About the Job
Description:
TransPerfect's Marketing & Communications team is seeking a full-time Marketing Lead to join our Life Sciences division. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the Life Sciences Marketing Program Manager and play a key part in driving digital marketing strategy, content development, lead generation and nurturing across our life sciences digital program.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven marketer with 5+ years of experience executing and optimizing digital campaigns, developing compelling content, and aligning with cross-functional teams to generate leads and drive measurable business impact. This is a highly collaborative role ideal that will help execute campaigns and shape the direction of our digital strategy-leading performance reviews, aligning with cross-functional teams, and championing scalable, data-driven programs. You'll play a hands-on role in building full-funnel campaigns and fueling demand by showcasing the value of TransPerfect Life Sciences solutions to various personas across different use cases.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Digital Program Ownership
  • Collaborate closely with the Life Sciences Marketing Program Manager to shape and drive the life sciences digital strategy and content
  • Own key workstreams across campaign planning, content execution, SEO, lead generation, funnel optimization, and performance reporting
  • Act as the go-to lead for digital performance reviews and contribute to program KPIs analysis

Campaign Performance & Retrospectives
  • Lead quarterly marketing performance retrospectives, analyzing what campaigns, messaging, and channels are driving results
  • Identify high-performing tactics to scale, and work with the Life Sciences Marketing Program Manager to flag underperforming assets or workflows for revision
  • Work cross-functionally to address campaign bottlenecks, audience friction points, and cross-department misalignments

SEO & Website Strategy
  • Drive initiatives to boost domain authority and organic search visibility through content strategy, backlinks, PR coordination, and technical SEO improvements
  • Collaborate with the Life Sciences Marketing Program Manager to develop long-term content strategies that support keyword clusters and semantic search
  • Collaborate with web and digital marketing teams to ensure our sites are optimized for discoverability and UX

Lead Generation, Qualification & Funnel Optimization
  • Partner with marketing ops and sales to improve lead scoring models, routing processes, and CRM hygiene
  • Partner with performance marketing to plan and execute lead generation including drafting, editing, and optimizing content across various campaign types-webinars, nurture series, digital ads, and downloadable resources
  • Set clear KPIs for campaigns, track performance, and refine tactics based on analytics
  • Align closely with sales enablement to ensure follow-up messaging and documentation are streamlined and effective
  • Monitor and report on digital campaign ROI and audience behavior to inform future strategy

Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with life sciences sales and subject matter experts to identify marketing needs and messaging priorities
  • Stay attuned to industry pain points and customer feedback to inform campaign planning
  • Ensure all campaign efforts are aligned with evolving product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and commercial goals
  • Provide insights on market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive positioning to adjust messaging and targeting

Cross-Functional Teamwork
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and web teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and design across all digital touchpoints

Required Skills:
