- Translate scientific workflows across Molecular Biology, Protein & Cellular Analysis, and Cell Biology into compelling customer-facing messaging, campaign concepts, and educational content.
- Serve as a scientific marketing partner by assessing platform use cases, reviewing customer relevance of platform outputs, and engaging subject matter experts when deeper validation is needed.
- Contribute to knowledgebase strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and organize relevant scientific, product, protocol, publication, and application content.
- Use platform analytics, customer insights, and marketing performance data to optimize adoption programs and identify future growth opportunities, including growth marketing, demand generation, and customer engagement.

- Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations with marketing, product management, IT, legal, commercial, digital, business unit, and agency stakeholders.

- Experience supporting launch, adoption, lifecycle marketing, or engagement programs for AI-enabled products, digital customer experiences, scientific software, customer portals, bioinformatics tools, or knowledge management solutions.
- Familiarity with claims development, scientific content governance, legal review, terms and conditions, responsible AI considerations, or commercial enablement.
- Experience working in a global organization with regional marketing and commercial teams.
Key Success Measures:
- Successful development and execution of the marketing plan for platform launch and early adoption.
