You'll be scheduled each Thursday and Saturday to transport deliveries between the Corporate Office and restaurant locations (city and suburban) and update the delivery log. Each shift begins and ends at the Corporate Office, located on the far north side of Chicago.Valid driving license, MVR compliance and a safe driving record are required. You'll have two regularly scheduled shifts per week: Thursday shift runs approximately 12 noon - 7:00/8:00 PM, depending on traffic Saturday shift runs 7:00 AM - approximately 2:00 PM, depending on traffic Occasional coverage of additional shifts when full-time driver is on vacation You'll be using thecompany-provided vanfor deliveries Here's what we're looking for: Current driver's license, MVR compliance and safe driving history(PLS NOTE: We run background checks on all new hires in this position) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

We participate in E-Verify / Participamos en E-Verify The Intercompany Courier / Drivertransports a variety of deliveries betweenthe corporate offices, restaurants, and vendors as needed, using companyvehicle (proof of current driver's license and MVR compliance required). Essential Functions Safelytransport in variable traffic, deliver and confirm accurate delivery of avariety of materials between the corporate offices, restaurants, and vendors accordingto schedule Maintain and provide proof of current driver's license, MVR compliance and safedriving history Maintain adequate fuel levels, safe operation, security, cleanliness and preventativemaintenance of company vehicle, and return keys at the end of each shift Maintain confidentiality of all company records and information Maintain accurate records as instructed including but not limited to weeklyexpense reports Record and report all accidents and parking and moving violations of all kinds Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends Safely and effectively use and operate company vehicle and all necessary toolsand equipment including but not limited to mobile phone Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow jobrequirements in written and spoken direction Multitask calmly and effectively under pressure Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels Able to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areasof the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces Key Responsibilities and Duties Maintain proficiencyin the use and operation of all necessary tools and equipment Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, includingthose outlined in the Employee Handbook Get along well with others and be a team player Other duties will be assigned as needed
