Job description

The successful candidate is a proactive, self-directed professional who can navigate both independent work and team-based environments with ease. In this role, you will: Engage and collaborate with community stakeholders and system partners Support division leadership in developing and implementing behavioral health programs and partnerships Monitor subcontract performance and provide technical assistance to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements Contribute to system planning efforts, including needs assessments, policy and procedure development, and work planning Lead or support quality improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects across a range of behavioral health focus areas This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the behavioral health system in Lane County—helping ensure services are coordinated, accountable, and responsive to community needs. About the Division Lane County Behavioral Health provides services to more than 1,600 individuals with behavioral health conditions. We work with community partners to provide a continuum of care from prevention through treatment and aftercare in an environment that promotes a culture of resilience and recovery.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm *This is a non-represented position* Education & Experience: Eight years of education and/or experience in public policy, business administration, or a field related to the specified program area; or a combination sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position.
