SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional, professional therapeutic services including:
Swedish massage
Deep tissue massage
Reflexology
Hydrotherapy - Guide guests through their spa journey by thoughtfully introducing available services, retail products, and amenities
- Engage in clear, attentive communication to fully understand each guest's individual needs and wellness goals prior to every service
- Provide personalized, genuine recommendations designed to enhance each guest's overall wellness, beauty, and relaxation experience
- Maintain strong knowledge of all spa products and deliver accurate, confident guidance within your area of expertise
- Create a customized wellness card for each guest, highlighting three curated product recommendations to support their at-home self-care routine
