Opportunity 

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lodge Kohler offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth's mineral-rich waters. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. 

As the Lead Massage Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • The integration of therapists and the ongoing training and development of spa associates
  • Serving as the Lead Trainer with weekly designed training time combined with service time
  • Having a working knowledge of private label products and department related products
  • Consistently following the Kohler Waters Spa policies, procedures and standard operating procedures
  • Overseeing the integration and training of all new therapists in both technical and non-technical requirements of the role
  • Overseeing and scheduling on-going, in-house training, participate in vendor training 
  • Handle PRO and retail ordering 
  • Coordinating technical review training for therapists developing into the next level of expertise
  • Attend weekly and monthly meetings with management 

This is a Part-Time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary from 7am to 9pm.
