Professional, Motivated, Enthusiastic Massage Therapists
Are you an excellent, intuitive, empathetic and professional massage therapist, healer? Is it your passion to help others achieve their wellness goals?

Massage Therapy Responsibilities:

– Perform 60, 90 or 120-minute high-quality massage therapy sessions

– Customize each session based on client’s individual needs

– Promote the health and wellness benefits of receiving massage on a regular basis to clients

– Provide exceptional, reliable and professional customer service to all clients; must be an effective communicator.

– Help maintain the professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and assisting team members as needed.

– Sustain and contribute to a supportive, high-teamwork, drama-free work environment

– Carry liability insurance

– Write SOAP note for every client session

Requirements:

– Demonstrate a 60 minute Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage skills during practical interview

– Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers

– Teamwork-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude

– Able to work flexible days and hours including at least one weekend day

– Be able to promote the healing benefits of frequent massage therapy and be able to retain clients.

– Follow spa protocol and attend spa meetings as requested

– High school diploma and up

– 1 year experience

– Common sense

Preferred:

– Certification or proficiency in Thai or Table Thai massage, Reflexology and Scalp Massage.

– Willing to learn Thai massage training and culture (open-minded personality).

– Kind, honest, respectful and punctual

– Ability to communicate in Spanish – helpful but not required

– Trained in other modalities such as aromatherapy massage, prenatal massage,

hot stone, trigger point and pain management massage.
