Job Summary:
  • Seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects involving life science products, systems, or processes. This role bridges technical teams, business stakeholders, and regulatory expectations to ensure compliant, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets; manage full project lifecycle.
  • Technical Leadership: Apply technical understanding to evaluate solutions, guide decisions, and ensure feasibility.
  • Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams; act as primary liaison between business, IT, operations, and external partners.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, manage scope changes, and maintain contingency plans.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to internal QMS and external regulatory/quality standards; oversee testing and QA.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain documentation, provide status reports, and run effective project meetings.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Track budget vs. actuals, manage resources, support contracts and invoicing.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven Project Management experience (Agile preferred).
  • Strong technical background in life sciences (biopharma, medical devices, or related tech).
  • Hands-on with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and system architecture.
