Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Welding for our client. This job involves weld and assembling metal components according to blueprints and project specs, ensuring all welds meet strength and precision standards. You’ll inspect parts before assembly, maintain welding equipment, and help deliver high-quality finished products.
- Conduct MIG welding on metal components according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure welds meet or exceed established criteria for strength and precision.
- Accurately and efficiently assemble metal components based on project requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications, dimensions, and welding requirements.
- Inspect metal parts pre-assembly to identify and rectify defects or imperfections.
- Uphold a commitment to delivering top-notch welds and finished products. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder, with expertise in welding various metals.
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality welds with precision.
- Keen attention to detail with a dedication to producing accurate and flawless welds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
