Java Technical Project Manager With Ecommerce Domain

Location: Duluth, GA

Duration: Fulltime

Skills Desired:

  • Overall 15+ years of experience in IT with 10+ years of experience in Ecommerce Project management or Business Analyst or Techno Functional Lead in Agile teams
  • Strong expertise in Ecommerce project execution, Java Spring skill set background.
  • Ability to work with customer and engage in new initiatives discussion in Ecommerce Domain.
  • Ability to analyze web traffic, user behavior, and other metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Need to handle the overall process of designing and implementing the Digital Ecommerce projects across Site & Mobile applications.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization to improve website visibility.
  • Knowledge in Angular/React/ReactNative/NodeJs/Vuejs and SQL, DB2 DB
  • Need to create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives
  • Aligning website management strategies with business objectives.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Need to map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders as the artifacts belongs to various applications and POD teams. Parallel connects with all teams are required.
  • Clarifies and conveys the needs of the Stakeholders to ensure the Scrum Team gets the right feedback to make the right product at the right pace.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities while working on the programs and convert prospects to Wins.
  • Manage Ecommerce programs and drive the team for quality and timed delivery.
  • Undertake the development, maintenance, and governance of the Project. Must be hands-on in development to support the team
  • Engage with customer directors individually and report the status of the programs/projects.
  • Run the design session along with Customer Leads/architects to understand the ecommerce programs and work on proposals.
  • Coordinate with the Full stack developers, Product owner, Regression team, Release Engineering, Performance team, Security team and DevOps for the effective completion and working of the application
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and technologies.
