Job Title: Scrum Master
Job Location: Chicago, IL (Remote till Covid Restrictions)
Job Type: Contract
Job Summary:
  • Coach and help teams understand scrum processes.
  • Remove impediments and roadblocks for teams to progress smoothly.
  • Enable Process adherence within the teams.
  • Assist Product Owners and DSLs in planning, updating, prioritizing and refining backlogs.
  • Support design, development and delivery of a practical, hands-on, coaching and mentoring environment in helping development teams to become more 'Agile'.
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Work independently and bring thought leadership to bear in order to identify the root cause of the issue.
  • Healthcare experience is good to have.
