Job Summary:- Coach and help teams understand scrum processes.
- Remove impediments and roadblocks for teams to progress smoothly.
- Enable Process adherence within the teams.
- Assist Product Owners and DSLs in planning, updating, prioritizing and refining backlogs.
- Support design, development and delivery of a practical, hands-on, coaching and mentoring environment in helping development teams to become more 'Agile'.
- Excellent organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Work independently and bring thought leadership to bear in order to identify the root cause of the issue.
- Healthcare experience is good to have.
