Job responsibilities.

• Collaborate across multiple cross-functional technical teams (R&D, Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering) to define project goals, identify risks, and make technical tradeoffs.

• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

• Provide strong analytical thinking for existing business and technical problems, working with stakeholders to clearly identify requirements to enable capabilities.

• Effectively communicate program/project status, tradeoffs, risks, and changes to stakeholders including, but not limited to, senior executive management.

• Develops program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement, maintains organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.

• Oversees multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached, manages budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.

• Leads the creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate execution including project plans, decision logs, risk logs, communications plans, and performance measures.

• Build strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes.

• Achieve project results leveraging project management, process design, and change management methodologies.

• Develop and execute right-sized change management plans to prepare, equip, and support individuals through change.

• Leverage continuous improvement and process analysis methodologies to analyze complex processes, identify gaps and design new effective business processes.

• Experience managing a IT go-live projects and/or migration • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Project Management Certification preferred

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and/or Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and/or Manufacturing Systems • Familiarity with the Intelligent Factory Framework/ Smart Manufacturing

• Experience with Jira, VersionOne, MS Project, or similar tools

• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to large groups and executive stakeholders

• Experience assembling of progress reports, presentations, and write ups for stakeholders and leadership

• Drives the execution of transformational initiatives across MFG and the enterprise, working with key business stakeholders and technical subject matter experts to coordinate delivery and realize value
