Job Title: Client Systems Engineer
Job Location: Santa Clara, CA
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
  • Client Systems Engineer with a focus on Windows 10 systems and management architecture.
  • Technical Contributor implementing a robust, secure, management infrastructure for our fleet of Windows 10 systems.
  • Assisting in maintaining high performance and secure Windows 10 systems standards, images and configurations.
  • Assisting with the design, review and implementation of emerging/innovative technologies for Windows 10 management.
  • Implement standards for desktop architecture and develop automation of desktop software distribution. Driving automation and self-service solutions to empower our employees.
  • Analyze data and processes while troubleshooting complex issues and present results as well as plans of action to the business for review. Excellent interpersonal skills required.
  • Craft and maintain technical documentation and support documents for Windows 10 related processes and systems as well as SCCM and Intune infrastructure.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor Computer Science or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of meaningful experience in Windows Systems Management & Administration (focusing on Windows 10 since release).
  • 5+ years' experience in administering IT Client OS and associated back end systems (SCCM, MDM, Windows 10 Client (Windows 10) and Server OS's, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc)
  • Experience in development and deployment of Software Packages and OS Images on SCCM platform.
  • Experience with building, maintaining, and managing Windows OS System images with MDT
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and social skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Expert scripting and automating skills in one or more languages. Go, Python, PowerShell, Batch, PHP, etc.
  • Demonstrable ability to convert data into actionable intelligence
  • Strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure, and networking technologies.
  • Professional Certifications with Windows 10 configuration and management, Microsoft SCCM, and/or Intune.
  • Experience testing and evaluating new technologies and methods in both client management and endpoint technologies
