You'll play a key role in connecting people, process, and technology-translating mission needs into ServiceNow capabilities that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and visibility.
If you're someone who thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement, and problem-solving, this is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a team that values both innovation and purpose.

  • Support solution development: Assist in configuration and customization efforts, dashboards, and reporting to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Validate and enhance quality: Develop and execute test plans, verify configurations, and ensure ServiceNow solutions perform as intended.
  • Communicate and align: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business users-facilitating demos, gathering feedback, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Document and deliver: Maintain clear, comprehensive process maps, user stories, and technical documentation to support continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 2+ years working directly with ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules and platform capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and dashboard/report creation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and business teams.
  • Active Secret Clearance (required).
Preferred:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Background supporting federal government environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
