Pizza Line Cook - We will train you!

Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is currently hiring a Lunch or PM Pizza Line Cook to join the Il Fornaio team. No experience needed. We will train you! Learn the restaurant industry from the ground up.

Prior experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Pantry, Grill, Pasta, Pastry, Pizza, Sauté is highly desirable.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
* Cooking and preparing menu items in accordance to recipes and standards set by the Chef and Il Fornaio
* Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
* Preparing and portioning recipes prior to service
* Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
* Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
* Maintaining a positive teamwork attitude
* Communicating clearly, professionally and respectfully
* Being able occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
* Having a flexible work schedule including weekend availability and holidays

Prior experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Pantry, Grill, Pasta, Pastry, Pizza, Sauté is highly desirable.
