Prep/Line Cook $13-30/hr Benefits: Vacation Paid Quarter Bonus Health Insurance benefits (for those who qualified) $ 13 TO $ 30 Hourly Flexible Schedule Qualification: The prospect candidate must have a 1-year experience (Italian cuisine a plus) Knowledge of principles and techniques for preparing food, and of cooking equipment and its proper use. Ability to convert ingredients measurements and quantities, able to lift 50 pounds or more, able to Stand on your feet for the whole shift. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine a plus, smiling face. Skills: Ability to cross train in different stations Willing to work on a flexible schedule able to maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, Handles, store, and rotates all products properly, know, and complies consistently with our portion sizes, cooking methods and quality standards. Able to lift 50 pounds or more FOH / BOH Requirements: Reliably commute Able to work weekends Clean appearance No tongue piercing or facial piercing Driver license or ID with picture Social security Able to work legally in the USA Able to work under pressure
