Associate General Dentist
Compensation: Guaranteed daily base OR 28–32% of adjusted collections (whichever is higher) Benefits: Medical, vision, dental insurance; 401(k) match; paid malpractice; annual CE stipend

Key Duties:
- Full-scope general dentistry: fillings, anterior/premolar endo, extractions, restorative work
- Create and present comprehensive treatment plans with strong patient education
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and digital lab workflows for crowns, bridges, implants
- Maintain accurate records per HIPAA and New York Board standards
- Follow infection control and quality protocols
Requirements:
- DMD/DDS from CODA-accredited school
- Active/eligible state dental license
- Current CPR/BLS and DEA
- Excellent communication and patient-focused approach
Preferred:
- Experience in busy practices
- Skills/interest in implants, endo, or clear aligners
- Spanish fluency a plus
- Digital dentistry proficiency (scanners, CBCT)
