The Hilton Houston Westchase is hiring Restaurant Servers.

Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
• Able to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

• Hotel Experience preferred.
• Food & Handler Certification is Required
• TABC Certification is required
• 1 or more years of experience in related field
• Willing to work Holidays, Weekends and cover different Shifts if necessary
• Work schedule depends of the hotel/business needs
• PM Shift (4 PM to 11 PM)- work schedule depends of the business levels
