The primary responsibility of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is to oversee the front desk of Shalom Gardens Health & Rehabilitation. This includes providing a warm welcome screening visitors, guests, and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED required
EXPERIENCE:
- At least two years receptionist experience in health care preferred.
JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Typing and telephone skills, use of computers, adding machine, friendly and welcoming demeanor, effective communication, copier/printer use, Microsoft Office, and an ability to multitask.
Salary/ Wage Range
