LCK Wealth is a growing wealth management practice providing complex solutions to Ultra High Net Worth clients.This Barron's and Forbes ranked team provides financial services primarily to high-net-worth individuals and families, including financial planning, investment strategy and implementation. We are seeking a proactive, high-energy client service associate who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is motivated to build, lead, and scale best-in-class client service and operational processes.
What You'll Do
- Have knowledge of finance, including cash flow planning and investment basics.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness across operational tasks (account onboarding, account maintenance, cash movement, beneficiary update, tuition payments, RMDs, charitable donations, etc.)
- Working with Advisors to help pepare financial data, portfolio information, investment data, and paperwork.
- Field client requests and complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner, following tasks to completion to ensure client's needs are met while adhering to compliance standards.
- Prepare reports and supporting material for prospect and client meetings, including post-meeting documentation.
- As the first point of contact for clients - consistently demonstrating elevated levels of meaningful engagement.
- Opportunity to gain experience of different functions within the team by supporting multiple roles.
What You'll Bring
- BA/BS degree required.
- 3+ Years of client service experience in the financial services industry.
- Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- The ability to accomplish a variety of tasks in a detailed, efficient and organized manner
- Team player, exceptional diligence, and demonstrates a client first attitude.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office tools, Fidelity Wealthscape, Emoney.
- Series 7, 66 are required
