Adventure & Extreme Sports Instructor – Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Available to work full-time (part-time positions are not available)

• Must be able to pass a post-offer employment test assessing strength, stamina, and agility

• Must be willing to relocate for several months for paid training

• Weekend and holiday availability required

• Strong communicator with a team-first mindset

• Demonstrates professionalism and prioritizes safety at all times

• Friendly, positive attitude with high energy

• No prior experience required; paid, industry-leading instructor training is provided


Adventure & Extreme Sports Instructor Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in fitness, team or individual sports, personal training, or active recreation

• Exposure to safety procedures, CPR, or First Aid training

• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
