Sports Instructor Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be available to work full-time
  • Must be willing and able to temporarily relocate for several months of paid training
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer employment test assessing physical strength, stamina, endurance, and agility
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible operating schedules

  • Background in competitive sports, gymnastics, dance, performing arts, martial arts, climbing, military service, aviation, motorsports, circus arts, aerial performance, or other high-performance environments
  • Experience working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments such as entertainment, attractions, recreation, hospitality, fitness, retail, restaurants, events, or guest services
  • Exposure to safety procedures, CPR, First Aid, emergency response, guest waivers, risk management, or compliance standards
  • Strong interest in sales, guest engagement, repeat business, memberships, packages, and building client relationships
